Company: KCN Dynamics is a web platform that allows Club members to carry out transactions and promote their sales of services in a secure and easy-to-use manner.
Problem: They needed a new product that would allow them to manage all transactions within the networking club and thus be able to have better control over business.
Our solution: Design a product that allows them to efficiently manage transaction management, user administration, business management and a personalized Dashboard by role in an easy and user-focused way.
Process
1-Interface design (UI)
With the formidable work team, I designed a user section with a simple and efficient dashboard to provide important transfer information.
Then I designed an interface with all the transfers made by the user with advanced filters, generic searches according to the selected date, and the entire flow to make the transfers.
To show the user profile I decided to use a modal Dialog to show information about data, passwords, PIN, and the list of services.
Designed a user management interface for administrators, ensuring it was intuitive, and secure and provided complete control over user accounts.
I implemented an advanced filter in the user interface because I recognized the importance of providing users with a smooth and efficient experience when interacting with large volumes of information.
I designed a transfer interface for administrators to efficiently manage financial transactions within the organization. The interface had key fields such as service, type of transfer, amount, concept, requesting user, and recipient user.
Designed an administrator profile interface that provided complete, centralized control over user management and key system operations. The interface had dedicated sections for user data, password change, permission assignment, and a mini “wallet” dashboard to provide a quick view of the overall status of operations. This dashboard showed summarized information on user cancellations, purchases made, extra sales, and deposits received. This way, administrators could easily monitor the most important movements without having to navigate to other sections.
Conclusions
In short, by prioritizing usability in the KCN Dynamics digital product, the company was able to provide an optimized, intuitive, and satisfying customer experience, which led to greater loyalty, engagement, positive brand perception, and better business results across its network. networking.
